Welcome! New Clients
Once you have booked your appointment, you will be sent a Welcome Email for all our information on the Clinic. All services require a filled out Intake Form to be completed and signed, prior to services rendered. Depending on which services you have made an appointment for, you may receive an RMT Health History Form, Reiki Form, or Yoga Waiver.
Please fill out all forms and consents included in your appointment confirmation email, or please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill the forms out in the office.

This time is scheduled for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No- Show policy.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. All appointments will begin at their originally scheduled times. Should you be late, you may receive treatment for the remainder of time however will be charged the full amount of your original booking.
Our appointment policies are strictly enforced here at Tranquil Massage and Healing. We kindly ask that if you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide a minimum of
Thirty-six hour(36-hour) notice to avoid being charged a seventy-five percent (75%) fee of the total appointment(s) scheduled,
If within twenty-four hours (24-hour), one-hundred percent (100%) of your scheduled appointment(s) will be charged.
All cancelation or missed appointment charges will be invoiced for options to pay or can be charged to the credit card on file.
Insurance benefits do not cover cancelation fees!
Please note that email or text reminders are a courtesy and not guaranteed. When booking, you are agreeing to take full responsibility for your appointment. Please mark your appointments down in your calendar and if you have any questions please feel free to email me at your convience.
Flu Symptoms Protocols
Masks are not mandatory for clients. Staff does wear a mask UPON request. Feel free to ask the therapist to wear one before or during the treatment without any hesitation.
You may be asked to weara mask if you have been in any contact with a person with flu-like symptoms; example family or friends interactions.
Flu-like Symptoms
Flu symptoms may vary from person to person. Some people only get mildly ill. Others get very sick.
Flu symptoms appear 1 to 4 days after exposure to the virus. Usually they include the sudden appearance of:
fever
cough
muscle aches and pain
